How to Manage Your United Airlines Booking?

 

United also provides waivers as it expects a significant amount of flights to be canceled or postponed. These exemptions allow United passengers to change or cancel their flights free of charge, mitigating congestion at the gate or the ticket counter. You can do so on united.com or the United app if you want to alter, cancel, or replace your flight. 

Cancelation of charges or adjustment to pay fares In no conditions should any costs charged by the airline be subject to a travel waiver or other unusual circumstances. There is one ticket that cannot be canceled or amended: Basic Economy tickets. These can only be changed under unique situations. If you don't apply for a waiver, you will have to pay one of those costs if you want to cancel or change your United Airlines Tickets.  

Any time before flight departure, refundable flights can be canceled and refunded in their original payment form. You can cancel your tickets online or contact the United Reservations counter, but you would be very advised to cancel them online. 1. Select "My Trips" on united.com and enter your details
2. To make the following modifications, click "Change Flight" and then "Edit":

6. Choose the flight alternative 'Continue.'
7. To confirm our new flight, please reserve

Note: The change fee may appear waived, although there could be some fare discrepancy.

 

How To Cancel And Rebook Your Flight Later?

• Select "My Trips" on united.com and enter your details
• Choose "Flight Cancel"
• Confirm the cancellation of your flight

If you have a future flight credit, then choose "Use Future Flight Credit" when you return to the reservation to purchase new flights and apply the credit toward the flight.
